At PallyShop, we strive to ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers. However, if you need to return a purchased item, this policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted, as well as situations where returns or refunds will not be processed.

Return Period and Conditions
You may return most items within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided the items meet the conditions outlined in this policy. Returns made after this period will not be accepted, although this does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Non-Returnable Items
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, returns are not accepted for certain items unless they are incorrect, damaged, or defective upon receipt, or if they are perishable or expire  quickly. Refunds or returns for these items are only available if you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product.

Additionally, customised products, items damaged after delivery by the customer cannot be returned.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products altered from their original condition or opened without authorisation.
  • Products with tampered, missing, or damaged Universal Product Code (UPC) labels
  • Perishable goods, unless a valid issue is reported at delivery and confirmed by the dispatcher.
  • Items damaged due to misuse and or mishandling.

Packaging for Returns
Items must be returned in the same condition as received, including original packaging, tags, and labels. You are responsible for the item until it reaches us, so please package it securely to prevent damage during transit.

Refunds
If your return is accepted after review, we will refund the purchase price within the time frame specified on our return timelines page. For incorrect, defective, or damaged items, delivery charges will also be refunded.

Rejected Returns
Returned items are reviewed/inspected upon receipt. If a returned item does not meet the conditions for acceptance, we will attempt to redeliver the item twice. If unsuccessful, you must collect the item within 60 days, after which the item will be forfeited.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. To get a different gram, kilogram, or product colour, please return your original item following this policy and place a new order.

Email newbusiness@pallyshopdiscounts.com with photos of the product and details of your issue as evidence.

Step 2: Return Authorisation
Once your claim is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

Step 3: Resolution
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will communicate the outcome and process your refund accordingly.
